Posty Cards

Posty Cards is a family-owned greeting card company located in Kansas City, Missouri. When the time came for expansion, 3rd generation owner, Erick Jessee, chose to stay in the urban core and produce a sustainably designed facility with maximum amenity for the Posty Cards employees. The expansion became the first project in KCMO to attain the LEED Platinum certification.

Christopher Mitchell served as Principal-in-Charge for the Posty Cards project.
