Roasterie cafe brookside
In 2005 the Roasterie creatively adapted an original Brookside gas station to be the first Roasterie Cafe. By 2009 they were ready to update and expand the cafe space and turned to MSA for a design that would serve as a template for future Roasterie Cafe locations. In keeping with the their commitment to environmentally conscious and sustainable business practices, the new Cafe features a warm palette of natural materials, exciting graphics, and energy-efficient compact fluorescent lighting. An exterior porch was enclosed for increased seating capacity with overhead doors installed to allow for ventilation and connection to an exterior patio.
