Design work is currently under way for a major renovation of a in Sunset Hills home which replaces the existing garage with a new workshop/ studio.

The house was originally built in the 1920's and was one of the first houses on the block and sat alone on an expansive lot. Our clients are an enterprising couple who both pursue artistic endeavors. The challenge of this project is respecting the original home and complementing it with something new.
